
The Blues will kick off the new season away at Oxford United and finish at home against Birmingham City.
For the second consecutive season, John Mousinho's side will begin with a fixture on the road. The Kassam Stadium will host Oxford United vs Portsmouth for a 3pm kick-off on Saturday the 9th of August.
A week later, on Saturday the 16th of August, Norwich City will make the journey down to Fratton Park for the first home match of the campaign.
In-between those 2 fixtures, Pompey will compete in the First Round of the Carabao Cup - The draw for that takes place later today (June 26th) at 4:20pm.
The opening month of the season continues with a trip to West Brom on Saturday the 23rd and concludes with a home fixture against Preston North End on the 30th.
For the first time in over 13 years, the South Coast Derby will return in a league capacity for the forthcoming season. The first meeting between Portsmouth and Southampton will be contested on Saturday the 13th of September and the reverse game will be at Fratton Park on Saturday the 24th of January, 2026.
Over the festive period, the Blues will travel to Derby County on Saturday the 20th of December before returning home on Boxing Day, welcoming Queens Park Rangers to PO4. The fixture in-between Christmas and New Year, on the evening of Monday the 29th of December, will see Charlton Athletic visit Fratton Park.
On New Year's Day, Pompey take on Bristol City at Ashton Gate.
Moving on to Easter and on Good Friday, the 3rd of April, John Mousinho's side will embark on a trip to Carrow Road to take on Norwich City in a repeat of the 2024/25 Good Friday fixture before hosting Oxford United at Fratton Park on Easter Monday, the 6th of April.
The Blues will end the campaign with a home game against Birmingham City on Saturday the 2nd of May and their final away fixture, the penultimate of the season overall, will be at Stoke on Saturday the 25th of April.
