Danny Cowley’s side saw off Southern Football League Premier Division outfit Harrow Borough in the First Round of the competition at the weekend - Marcus Harness netting the winner in a 1-0 victory at Fratton Park.
League Two Harrogate Town stand in the way of Pompey and a potential lucrative Third Round tie.
These two teams last met on November the 11th, 2019, in Round 1 of the 2019/20 competition. Brandon Haunstrup and Ronan Curtis were on target at the CNG Stadium to give the Blues a 2-1 win and passage to the next stage.
PO4 will welcome Harrogate Town on the weekend of the 3rd - 6th of December, with an official date to be confirmed soon, pending television broadcast selections.
