Blues defender Ryley Towler has joined League One outfit Lincoln City for an undisclosed fee.
The transfer brings to an end a 2-and-a-half-year stint on the South Coast for the now-23-year-old, who made 45 appearances for Portsmouth.
Towler arrived at Fratton Park from Bristol City after a successful loan spell at AFC Wimbledon earlier on that season - He would go on to score a brace against Bolton Wanderers in a home League One fixture the next month and help guide the club to the League One title the following campaign.
He has signed a 4-year deal at Sincil Bank and links up with former Pompey players Sonny Bradley and Reeco Hackett.
Pompey boss John Mousinho said: "Ryley was popular with fans, players and staff alike, so we're certainly sad to see him go.
"But this move gives him the opportunity to hopefully play more regularly and I'm confident his career will continue to grow.
"He never gave less than 100 per cent during our time working together and we all wish him well for the future."
Towler recorded 12 appearances for the Blues in the Championship last campaign and bagged a goal in the 4-0 rout over Swansea City on New Year's Day.
Lincoln reportedly fended off interest from League One rivals Huddersfield Town to secure the centre-back's signature.
