Cabin Pressure famously starred Benedict Cumberbatch alongside Stephanie Cole, Roger Allam and writer John Finnemore. With its fast-paced wordplay, escalating absurdity and surprisingly heartfelt character moments, it has become a cult favourite — and a brilliant showcase for ensemble performance on stage.
The Southsea Shakespeare Actors production features three much-loved episodes — Paris, Newcastle and Gdansk — charting the chaotic adventures of tiny charter airline MJN Air and its determinedly upbeat crew. Audiences can expect sharp wit, inventive staging and plenty of laugh-out-loud moments.
