From your friends at 'We're Gonna Need A Bigger Pod', a brand new off shoot dedicated solely to the love of the music of both big and small screens, born out of a mutual respect and unwavering admiration for the folks that write the scores featured in all of your favourite films, television series and video games.
A show that celebrates that very same music and the creators of it by sitting down with the many maestro’s involved industry wide to hear their stories about making the notes that emote.
Join hosts Jon Brown & Sean Wilson as they present to you the full, uncut, mammoth 60 minute long conversation with Tyler Bates and his daughter Lola Colette to chat about Lola’s rise as an artist, musician, future rock star and composer and Tyler who’s work spans many decades as a musician, touring artist, rock legend, music producer and film composer and has seen him work with some of the best of the best including rock artists Bush, metal icon Jerry Cantrell and film director James Gunn.
He’s the Composer of the sensational scores for entries into such huge Hollywood franchises as ‘Guardians of The Galaxy’, ‘Fast and the Furious’ and ‘John Wick’ and he’s been enjoying well deserved praise from horror fans too for his amazing music for Ti West’s twisted trilogy ‘X’, ‘Pearl’ and the upcoming ‘Maxxine’.
Sean and Jon spent over an hour with Tyler and Lola and here, now fully uncut with everything kept in is what they had to say, on this, our very first episode of ‘We’re Gonna Need A Bigger Pod Presents… Scoreheads’.
