Andre Green recalled from loan, returns to Villa.

The winger is set to return to Aston Villa after being recalled from his loan spell at Fratton Park

It comes after the last minute belter against Norwich in the FA Cup, which helped the blues secure their way through to the next round, was almost certainly a catalyst for a push up the ranks in the club.

In his short time with the blues, he netted five times including that FA Cup goal, but only appeared twelve times. Green's time at Fratton Park was stop start due to him needing to take time off to have surgery to remove a cyst from his knee. 

In the clubs statement they said "Everyone at Fratton Park would like to thank Andre for his contribution and wish him well for the future"
