Pompey Poetry Party Open Mic Christmas Showcase

Pompey Poetry Party is excited to announce a Christmas Open Mic Showcase at The Hideaway Southsea on Thursday 5th December 7.30-10pm. Hosted by Poppy Joy Singing and compere Cecily Holland, the evening will kick off with some of your favourite festive sing-along classics.

Whether you're a poet, singer, musician or comedian, this is your chance to take the spotlight! The theme is Christmas, but feel free to interpret this as you wish.

Wear your favourite Xmas Jumper, Grab a Hot Chocolate and prepare yourself for a magical evening celebrating the best of Portsmouth's creative talent.

Open Mic slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Performing time is generally 5-10 minutes but may be limited on a busier night.

This is a FREE event. HOWEVER, we will be collecting donations for The Greyhound Trust to spread a little kindness to our four-legged friends this season. Your contribution makes a huge difference and is much appreciated.
