Mindset Maintenance Fitness Marathon 2025

You can expect a blend of programmes such as Body Combat, Body Attack, GRIT and even a bit of Dance and Yoga! We will be moving for 3 hours non stop however, if you need to take a break, you are free to do so! There will be snacks available!

All money raised going to local non profit Mindset Maintenance to facilitate workshops and courses on mental health & wellbeing in the community. Expect a range of different exercises from martial arts inspired to dance to high intensity and even a little yoga! All fitness levels welcome!
