If last week’s episode was a four-course feast, this week’s is a much more slimming meal — lighter, tastier, and guaranteed to leave you wanting more. 😉 

But here’s a little secret… the next few weeks are going to be massive as we edge closer to the magic 100th episode of The MarshyCast! 🎉 We’re nearly there — and trust me, I’ve got some huge names lined up, including the brilliant Adam Richman (Man v Food) and the one and only Jeremy Piven (Entourage, Mr Selfridge). Those chats aren’t quite ready to serve yet, but keep an eye on my socials for some early tasters!

🤖 AI expert Caitlin Mellor – on how one in five Brits now consider AI to be their friend! We discuss how we should treat AI, the positive ways it can make our lives easier, and how it might just take a load off our mental to-do lists. Don’t worry — it’s not quite The Terminator… yet.
