Ep 55. Richard Laxton & Anna Symon on ITV drama 'Joan'
The MarshyCast
Friday, 27 September 2024 - 12 minutes
Welcome to a short but very special episode of The MarshyCast! I had the incredible opportunity to preview a couple of episodes from the new ITV drama Joan, starring Sophie Turner. Even better, I got to chat with the show’s director, Richard Laxton, and writer, Anna Symon. We discussed why they chose to bring Joan Hannington’s story to life, why Sophie Turner was the perfect fit for the role, and how this project stacks up against their other work.
Thank you, as always, for tuning in! Your support means everything. I’m hoping to share some exciting news soon, so keep an eye on my socials!
