Hello! Welcome to the latest episode of The MarshyCast. If this is your first time listening or discovering The MarshyCast, where have you been? But it's better late than never. This podcast features some of my favorite interviews of the week. You can also catch my live radio shows on weekdays from 10 am on Express FM and from 4 pm on HGV1 Radio. But enough about me, let’s talk about my guests this week.
I spoke to TV Presenter Angellica Bell and Nutritionist Roxana De Sousa about the fact that we are a nation of SuperSnackers, with most Snackccidents happening at home. We delved into the reasons behind our snacking habits and shared some tips for healthier choices.
I also had a conversation with Psychologist Jo Hemmings about the little things that make us smile, in celebration of National Smile Month. We discussed why there are certain activities we don't engage in as much anymore and how they can significantly boost our happiness.
Lastly, I spoke with Willy Vlautin of The Delines, who are about to embark on a UK tour. I asked Willy why he loves the UK so much and what fans can expect from their upcoming shows.
Thank you very much for reading and listening. If you enjoy the podcast, please like, subscribe, and share. Together, we can take over the world, along with AI, one podcast at a time.
