Welcome back to another thrilling episode of The MarshyCast! Thank you for once again joining me on this podcasting journey. Your support means the world to me, whether you're clicking a link, pressing a button, or setting up a reminder to tune in.
For those who may not know, you can catch me on the airwaves on Express FM during the weekdays at 10am and on HGV1 Radio over the weekends starting at 1pm. Now, let's dive into this week's podcast lineup!
First up, I had the incredible opportunity to chat with Frank Turner. Depending on when you're listening to this, Frank will either have just kicked off his world record attempt or, hopefully, he's already completed it! We had a fascinating conversation just before his attempt to set the world record for the most gigs in 24 hours in different towns. We also discussed his new single and album, and why the age of 42 just isn't considered "sexy" in the world of rock 'n' roll.
Next, I had the pleasure of speaking with Steve Delaney, the genius behind Count Arthur Strong. We delved into how the character first emerged and the influences behind him. We also explored the nuances between radio, TV, and stage performances, and whether the show is scripted or improvised.
Thank you, as always, for your continued support. Don't forget to like, subscribe, and share the podcast with your friends and family. Together, we can conquer the world (or at least the podcasting world)!
