‘Stepping Out’ is a moving comedy about a group of eight ladies (and one man!) at a beginners’ tap-dancing class in a run down church hall.
When they learn they are to perform in a local charity showcase the pressure is on! As they pull together and prepare on for the big day, we follow the characters on a heart-warming journey that celebrates friendship, courage and, of course…tap dancing! Will these amateurs be ready in time?
Roger tell us all about the play from learning to tap dance and cast camaraderie to his motivation for doing 15 plays and counting with the much loved local theatre company.
Steppin Out is on at The Spring Arts Centre in Havant for 2 weeks from Thursday 10th July. For tickets visit thespring.co.uk
