17-year-old winger Ryan Kavuma-McQueen arrives at Fratton Park on a season-long loan deal.
The youngster becomes Portsmouth's 9th summer signing and the 2nd of which to be born after the club's FA Cup success of 2008 (the other being Luke Brooke-Smith).
He will wear the number 25 shirt for the Blues.
