Portsmouth Football Club and midfielder Luke Le Roux have mutually agreed to part ways.
The midfielder still had 2 years on his Blues contract and only arrived at the club last summer for a fee reported to be in the region of £1million from IFK Värnamo.
Le Roux made 17 appearances for Pompey and only 1 this campaign - in the 3-1 defeat to West Ham United at the London Stadium in the First Round of the Carabao Cup on August 8th.
Head coach John Mousinho said in an official club statement announcing the 26-year-old's departure: "Luke has been a pleasure to work with over the past year and never let us down when called upon.
"Hopefully he will now be able to find more regular first team football at a new club and we all wish him the very best for the future."
