Pompey winger Anthony Scully has this evening re-joined Colchester United on a loan agreement until the end of the season.
The news comes just 20 days after it was announced that the 25-year-old has been sent back by Danny Cowley's League Two outfit.
Scully had made just 6 league appearances for The U's and his time in Essex was cut short following a sever ankle injury sustained in November, which subsequently required surgery.
He returns to Colchester for the remainder of the campaign and is out of contract at Fratton Park in the summer.
