Who are Mindset Maintenance?
Mindset Maintenance is a Portsmouth-based not-for-profit dedicated to enhancing mental wellbeing and resilience through low-cost events and free workshops. We host in-person and online sessions covering everything from mindfulness and resilience to community connection and creative expression. We believe in creating supportive, welcoming spaces where everyone feels valued and heard.

10:05 - 10:30 Beginner Yoga - Main room- 25 min session
Interactive Session: Heart-Opening Yoga with Colinda Latour
Join this gentle, beginner-friendly session designed to release tension, boost joy, and open the heart. Through simple movements and mindful breath, you’ll ease stress, improve posture, and reconnect to self-love, leaving you calm, centred, and glowing from the inside out.
10:30am - Tara Goddard - 25 minute Session - Cafe
Interactive Session: Practicing Gratitude to positively impact your mental wellbeingIn this short and reflective session, Dr. Tara Goddard will briefly explore the power of practicing gratitude — not just as a feel-good habit, but as a grounded and sustainable tool for supporting mental wellbeing and resilience. You’ll hear about the real-life benefits of gratitude, then be gently guided through a journaling exercise to begin your own practice. Whether you're new to gratitude or looking to reconnect with it, this session offers a calm, affirming space to pause, reflect, and grow — without pressure or perfection.
11am - Joey Duffy – The Moo Coach - 25 minute Session - Main Room
Interactive Session: Reframe Your Emotions: Make Stress and Anxiety Work for You
In this session, you’ll learn how to turn stress into strength using simple, science-backed techniques. Guided by Joey — a former Military PTI and now Transformational Coach with over 10 years’ experience in mindset training, injury rehab and fitness — you’ll discover practical tools to build resilience, improve your wellbeing, and strengthen both body and mind.
Interactive Session: Morning Ritual: Generating Love Through Action
Colinda is an acclaimed author and self-love coach who guides others to cultivate love through intentional action.In this session, you’ll be guided through a heart-opening morning ritual that blends simple physical action with reflective insight. You’ll learn how to embody love, reset your energy, and leave with a renewed sense of connection to carry into the rest of your day.
Harry Beattie – “Ice Bath Harry" - & Harry Beardsley Co-Founder PortaSauna
30 minute panel talk - Main Room
'Ice Bath Harry' is a Recovering Addict Ice Bath Enthusiast & Motivational SpeakerIn this session, you’ll hear Harry’s powerful story of recovery — from over a decade of addiction to rebuilding his life through cold water, consistency and connection. You’ll discover how daily ice baths became a tool for transformation, and how his journey shows that recovery is possible, one day at a time. Expect honesty, inspiration, and practical takeaways you can use in your own life. Stay chilly.
Harry Beardsley is the Co-Founder and Commercial Director of PortaSauna — a UK wellness brand specialising in portable, wood-fired saunas. His journey began with something far more personal: recovery from addiction. In early recovery, Harry discovered the power of cold water and contrast therapy, sparking a mission to help others reconnect with themselves, nature, and community.
Now over two years clean, Harry speaks openly about addiction and the hope found in rebuilding a meaningful life. Whether hosting a beach sauna or sharing his story, he shows what’s possible when recovery meets purpose.

Simple Meditation for Mind & Body
Victoria is a certified Mental Health Advocate and qualified Meditation Teacher. The 400+ hours of logged meditation she has has helped with her with her own Generalised Anxiety Disorder, ADHD and even her Acne - so now she brings the practice to others hoping it might help them, too.
The power of the nervous system can not be underestimated and we have much more control over it than you might think. Victorias approach to meditation combines traditional practices with modern-day neuroscience to calm the body, mind, soul AND skin.
1:30pm - Alignment with KoKo - Mindset Coach 25 mins - Main Room
Unlocking Your Full Potential Through The Power of Your MindLed by Kate Okoro — a mindset and manifestation coach who rebuilt her life after years of poor wellbeing — this session will guide you to reclaim your inner power and break free from limitations. You’ll explore identity work, nervous system regulation, and manifestation tools to begin your own manifestation journey with clarity, confidence, and aligned action.
