1920’s New York. A city full of mobsters, showgirls and dreamers. Rival gangster bosses Fat Sam & Dandy Dan are at loggerheads. The custard pies are flying and the all-new ‘Splurge Guns’ have given Dandy Dan the upper hand. But can Bugsy Malone help Fat Sam’s gang defend their Speakeasy? Based on Alan Parker’s world-famous movie which launched the careers of Scott Baio and Jodie Foster, this new production will feature over 100 talented young people from across Portsmouth.
