Ben Stevenson Moves To Cambridge

Midfielder Ben Stevenson has today left Portsmouth to secure a move to League One.

The 27-year-old arrived on the South Coast from Forest Green Rovers, the former employer of sporting director Richard Hughes, in June 2023.

He had agreed a 2-year deal with the Blues with that contract set to expire this summer.

It has been reported that Stevenson was released from that contract early to allow him to move to The U's on a free transfer.

Stevenson managed just 107 minutes across 4 appearances during Portsmouth's SkyBet League One title-winning season and had featured just once in the Championship this campaign.
