Organised by Rowans Hospice:

Join us at our annual Lake of Lights in-memory event, taking place at Canoe Lake in Southsea on Sunday, 17 December 2023, from 17:00 hrs. This is a wonderful opportunity to remember those special to you and dedicate a candle that will be placed on the lake to create a magical ‘Lake of Lights’ while reflecting on memories shared with loved ones who are no longer with us.

The remembrance service will commence at 17:45 hrs and be led by the Charity’s Spiritual Care Chaplain, Carol Gully.

Parking will be available along the Seafront from Eastney to South Parade Pier, along with the Canoe Lake Car Park.

Light up a Life is a series of special, in-memory community events that are organised by Hospices and take place across the UK during the festive period. Christmas is a special time of year for us, giving time to create new memories with people we love, but also a time to reflect and remember loved ones who live on forever in our hearts.

Join us for a meaningful evening, remembering those who are no longer with us whilst supporting the care we provide at the Rowans Hospice.

Everyone is welcome to attend our Lake of Lights event, whether you have received support from the Charity or not.
