Thursday, October 10th
Join Jenny Leonard as she talks us through the eventful life of James Tissot, an artist in Paris and contemporary of the French Impressionists. It's a tale of favour and refection, war and revolution, a mysterious love affair, much Victorian hypocrisy and unexpected success in old age. Doors open 6pm. View Tissot's stunning painting of Portsmouth Harbour, on loan from the Tate, before or after the talk.
Price: £5 including refreshments / £3 with Leisure Card
