
THE BOOK OF RECORDS is the umbrella title for a series of themed music programmes that looks beyond the sounds that are emitted from headphones or speakers. It spotlights on those creative people responsible for producing the music we enjoy.
This popular award winning show has been part of the Saturday line-up for over five years.
On Christmas Eve 2011 the ''Musical CV' series ended with two hours of Jimi Hendrix - no Christmas hits in sight !
The Musical CV featured a variety of artists playing some obvious selections, cover versions, collaborations and rarities. The programme also offered entertaining and sometimes surprising trivia about the artists, the music and the production process.
