On Saturday 16th January 2010, Stu went to Guildhall Square where 'The One & Only' Chesney Hawkes was leading an attempt to break the World Air Guitaring Record. Stu caught up with Chesney after he performed his 1991 number 1.

On Saturday 13th June 2009, DiElle visited the studio. They had heard Neil & Stu doing the previous Singstar Challenge at The Bridge Shopping Centre back in May and felt they could do with quite a bit of professional voice coaching!!!

Radio Ga Gargling
On Saturday 30th May 2009, It was the last 4:10 Challenge as it moves back an hour for the Summer to become the 3:10 Challenge. This weeks challenge was set by Stu and it was Radio Ga Gargling. Neil went house hunting in Kent but managed to record his gargles for the challenge earlier in the week. Thousands of pounds of electrical equipment and water don't mix!!!

Sausage Roll Challenge
On Saturday 23rd May 2009, James wanted to see how many sausage rolls Neil & Stu could eat in a minute. What James had forgotten to do when he was being Jamie Oliver in the kitchen was to check they were cooked properly after everyone reported not feeling well during the evening!!!

On Saturday 16th May 2009, Neil wanted to see how much James & Stu know about the industry they work in by setting a radio quiz and James wanted to see how well Neil & Stu know about the songs which they play on Express FM with a music quiz.

Singstar
On Saturday 9th May 2009, Neil, James & Stu did an outside broadcast from The Bridge Shopping Centre's 20th Birthday Party. James bought his Playstation 2 along with the Singstar disks, the challenge was for each presenter to sing a song live.

Treasure Hunt
On Saturday 2nd May 2009, James set Neil & Stu the challenge of a Treasure Hunt around the Express FM building. James's wife Claire was with them every step of the way with a video camera as they indentified the clues to win prizes.
